ALL registrations must be completed online.
There is no paper registration form.
You can pay online with a credit card when you register or pay by mailing a check.
Register and Pay Online is highly recommended.
Mail-in payment must be received within 5 days of completing your registration.
You will not be considered registered until your payment is received.
